the staff were very friendly and offered assistance whenever needed. the room was very super clean and cozy, with convenient amenities (i really appreciated that). the hotel is close to many attractions and public transport.
the bathroom lacked some toiletries, like conditioner.

the hotel is near a beautiful lake with ducks and swans, perfect for a morning stroll. tivoli gardens and the central train station are also very close. the planetarium is directly across from the hotel, a short walk away.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices with fresh items and a pancake maker. the range of foods and drinks available was excellent, catering to many tastes. the lobby bar offers a variety of drinks with friendly service.

I secured a room on the 16th floor. It provided excellent views. Breakfast presented a massive variety. I could find dishes to satisfy every taste. The hotel features a fitness room including saunas. This amenity caters to both men and women.
My room lacked readily accessible USB charging ports, which proved a slight inconvenience.

mini fridgepoor housekeeping
the absence of a mini-fridge was a major inconvenience for storing medication. also, requesting room cleaning seemed like a pointless exercise as they conveniently forgot to. it almost reminded me of they were running a hostel and charging hotel prices
